Janne Nurminen

Janne Nurminen leads Investment and Asset Management at Bridge Properties, supporting investors and stakeholders in driving performance across the full real estate life cycle. He joined Bridge in the summer of 2024 and is known for a strong focus on value creation and long-term impact.

Janne holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Investment and Finance and is a licensed real estate agent (LKV), combining analytical approach with hands-on execution across investment, development and asset management.

Over the course of his career, Janne has executed and advised on transactions with an aggregate value in the hundreds of millions of euros—bringing disciplined deal-making, clear stakeholder alignment, and a returns-focused mindset to every assignment.

Outside the office, Janne is often found at the hockey rink coaching young players or spending time with his family.
