Bridge is committed to delivering robust returns and effective management strategies, cultivating growth and success for their clients’ real estate investments. At the heart of Bridge’s mission is the pursuit of creating measurable value, both financially and sustainably.
Bridge values are derived from providing a supporting link, in essence a “bridge” between the investor and asset.
Driven by our strong sense of ownership and entrepreneurship amongst the team members we pride ourselves in being transparent, placing a high importance on respecting others specifically our colleagues, clients, and service providers. We are adaptive in nature and are willing to go the extra length to attain reliable results and creat measurable value for the assets we look after on behalf of our investor clients.
The company foundation is built on values which we strive to represent in our daily business operations: Reliability, Respect, Value Creation, Entrepreneurship and Adaptability.
Bridge Properties is actively involved in reducing emissions. Starting from 2023, Bridge has been acquiring Finnish climate units for its emissions in own operations by investing in verified carbon sinks in collaboration with Green Carbon.
The amount of climate units acquired is based on our emissions in scope 2 and 3. The invested carbon sinks have been produced in Finland in the so called HiiliPlus+ project that enhance the carbon sequestration capacity of forests, contributing to Finland’s 2035 carbon neutrality goal.
