Elmeri Espo

Elmeri has been part of Bridge since 2022, serving as a Property Manager with a strong focus on ensuring our properties are well-maintained, fully operational and user friendly for its occupiers and customers alike. His role covers a broad range of responsibilities — from technical planning and maintenance coordination to tenant relations and budget follow-up — all of which are essential to securing long-term asset performance.

In his role, Elmeri oversees the day-to-day operational performance of the properties, ensuring building systems operate reliably, contractors deliver high-quality work, and tenants receive timely and effective support. He acts as a vital link between building users, service providers, and owners, carefully balancing immediate operational needs with the long-term value and strategy of each asset.

Holding a BBA degree and bringing several years of prior experience in residential property management, Elmeri approaches his work with a practical, solution-oriented mindset. He is known for his calm presence, reliability, and ability to find balanced solutions that benefit both the property and the people who depend on it.

Outside of work, Elmeri enjoys staying active and spending quality time with family and friends.
